No Editorial Influence

Honest Representation

While sponsorships include promotional opportunities, we do not allow misrepresentation or deceptive claims about sponsors' products or services. All promotional content must be factually accurate.

Sponsored Workshop Guidelines

Educational Integrity

Even in sponsored workshops, educational content remains the priority. Sponsorship does not mean the workshop becomes a sales pitch.

Content Balance

Sponsored workshops maintain a balance between promotional content and genuine educational value. Participants should leave with practical knowledge, not just sales exposure.

Speaker Requirements

If a sponsor's representative speaks in a workshop:

• They must be qualified to deliver the content
• The content must be disclosed as sponsored
• The presentation must maintain educational standards
• Aggressive or manipulative sales tactics are not permitted

Attendee Data

Attendee information shared with sponsors is limited and follows privacy regulations. Participants are notified if their information is shared with sponsors, and they have opt-out options where applicable.

Sponsored Content Standards

Quality and Accuracy

All sponsored content must meet the same quality and accuracy standards as non-sponsored content. We verify all factual claims and disallow misinformation.

Relevance
