Define the problem

Explain who the project helps, what is difficult today and the outcome you want to improve.

Show a working demo

Walk through the main workflow. Describe what works, known limitations and what you would improve next.

Document the implementation

Include setup steps, architecture, dependencies and enough detail for someone else to run the project.

Explain your contribution

Identify your own work, team responsibilities and any existing libraries, templates or AI tools you used.

Use safe demo data

Use example data in public demos. Keep credentials and private participant or customer data out of shared repositories.

Check the event rules

Eligibility, team size, deadlines, judging, prizes and certificate requirements are confirmed in each event announcement before registration opens.
