My professional work has taken me through web applications, payments, industrial monitoring, cloud platforms and AI systems. That variety shapes my approach: understand the business problem, make the boundaries clear, and build something the team can maintain.
Alongside engineering, I have run weekend training and mentorship through APPNEURAL since October 2021. I teach through projects, architecture discussions and practical feedback, and Innovate with Ajay is where that teaching now lives.

A TURNING POINT
Building something of my own, on top of a full-time role.
Running APPNEURAL alongside a senior engineering career means the trade-off every side-founder knows: limited hours, and a choice about where they go each week. It has meant saying no to some things, teaching on weekends and building the practice slowly.
It has also kept the teaching grounded. Every architecture review and workshop is informed by a full-time role solving the same class of problems, not a practice run separately from real engineering work.

Teams had AI bolted on as isolated API calls. Ajay replaced them with a governed flow where every answer traces back to a document.
