# Email handoff

Open Email_Signature.html locally and copy the rendered signature into your mail client. It is text-based and has no hosted-image dependencies. Links use existing contact details; verify before rollout.

The newsletter is an editable HTML template, not a tested ESP deployment. Replace bracketed fields and the {{unsubscribe_url}} merge tag with the syntax supported by your provider. Check consent, sender details, preferences, deliverability and the final desktop/mobile preview before sending. No messages have been sent.
